the act of washing a dirty cloth in a stream of running water. Every time you immerse the cloth in the water, the dirt seems to go away, little by little, until you have a completley clean cloth. The practise of Spirituality allows you to reach finer and finer levels of consciousness{awareness}, you get cleaner and cleaner with each practise until you can finally experience GOD.
